Promptima ("we", "our", "us") is an AI prompt optimization tool operated at promptima.com. We are committed to protecting your personal information and your right to privacy.

2. Information we collect

We collect the following information:

• •Account information: When you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, and profile picture from Google.
• •Prompt data: The goals and prompts you enter when using the optimizer. These are processed to generate optimized prompts and, if you choose, saved to your library.
• •Usage data: How many optimizations you have used in a given month, to enforce free tier limits.
• •Cookies: We use a single cookie to track anonymous usage limits (1 optimization per month for non-signed-in users). No advertising or tracking cookies are used.

3. How we use your information

• •To provide the prompt optimization service
• •To save your prompt library when you choose to save prompts
• •To enforce usage limits on the free tier
• •To manage your subscription and billing
• •To respond to your support requests

We do not sell your data. We do not use your prompts to train AI models. We do not share your data with third parties for advertising purposes.

4. Third-party services

We use the following third-party services to operate Promptima:

• •Supabase: Database and authentication (supabase.com)
• •Anthropic: AI model used to generate optimized prompts (anthropic.com). Your prompt input is sent to Anthropic's API for processing.
• •Google: Sign-in authentication (google.com)
• •Vercel: Hosting and infrastructure (vercel.com)

5. Data retention

Your account data and saved prompts are retained as long as your account is active. You can delete individual saved prompts at any time from your library. To delete your account and all associated data, contact us at contact@promptima.com.

6. Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time. To exercise these rights, contact us at contact@promptima.com. If you are located in the European Union, you have additional rights under GDPR.

7. Security

We use industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (HTTPS), row-level security on our database, and secure authentication. No system is 100% secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your data.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify registered users of significant changes by email. The date at the top of this page indicates when it was last updated.
