By accessing or using Promptima at promptima.com ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of service

Promptima is an AI-powered prompt optimization tool that helps users improve their prompts for use with third-party AI tools and services. Promptima does not itself generate final content — it generates optimized prompts that users can copy and paste into other AI tools.

3. User accounts

You may use Promptima without an account (subject to free tier limits). If you create an account using Google sign-in, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Promptima to:

• •Generate prompts intended to create harmful, illegal, or fraudulent content
• •Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• •Attempt to reverse engineer, copy, or resell the Service
• •Circumvent usage limits through automated means or multiple accounts
• •Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service

5. Subscriptions and payments

Promptima offers a free tier and paid plans (Pro monthly, Pro annual, and Lifetime). By subscribing to a paid plan:

• •You authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis (for monthly/annual plans)
• •Monthly and annual subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled
• •Lifetime plans are a one-time payment with no recurring charges
• •Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis within 7 days of purchase

6. Intellectual property

The optimized prompts generated by Promptima are yours to use freely. You retain ownership of the content you input. Promptima retains ownership of the Service, its design, and underlying technology.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the optimized prompts will produce specific results when used with third-party AI tools, as results depend on those tools and their own policies.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Promptima shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may cancel your account at any time by contacting us at contact@promptima.com.

10. Changes to terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify registered users of significant changes by email.
